Refund and Cancellation Policy

Vouchrs is a peer-to-peer gift card marketplace. Once a transaction is completed and the gift card code has been delivered to the buyer, the sale is considered final. We encourage all buyers to verify the gift card details before completing the purchase.

For Buyers: A refund may be initiated in the following circumstances:

  • The gift card code provided is invalid or has already been redeemed prior to the purchase, and the seller is found to be at fault.
  • The face value of the gift card delivered is materially different from what was listed and paid for.
  • The gift card is for a brand different from what was listed on the Platform.

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction by contacting us at support@vouchrs.in with your order details and evidence of the issue. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Sellers: Sellers may cancel a listed gift card at any time before a buyer initiates a purchase. Once a purchase is initiated and the card code has been accessed by the buyer, the listing cannot be cancelled. Sellers who list fraudulent, invalid, or already-redeemed gift cards will have their payouts withheld and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

Platform fees are non-refundable except in cases where the Platform is found to be at fault. All refund decisions made by Vouchrs are final. For any questions or disputes regarding refunds, please contact support@vouchrs.in.
